Morgan High School is just like every other High School in America. To outsiders, Morgan High is exactly what you would expect from a middle classed suburb: good state test scores, a decent football team, a good teachers, ect. But those actually inside the school know the truth. Violence, rape, crime, and scandals are everyday occurances in Morgan High.

Everyone knows how incredibly dangerous the halls of Morgan High are but for the students of this school, danger is a way of life. Some, however, are more privileged than others. A student crime circle practically runs the school, using a verity of corruption methods which includes bribery, intimidation, violence, piracy, and running a black market. Even some teachers take part in this organization, which is commonly known as 'The Mafia'. Those who are smart stay clear of the mafia, while those very stupid, or very unlikely, find themselves victims.
